The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and the USDA Food and Nutrition Service did NOT be extend the TEFAP Waiver.
This means the TEFAP waiver will expired on 05/31/2020. Pantries need to resume the TEFAP intake process on 06/01/2020 by either using PantryTrak or paper TEFAP forms.
- For pantries returning to PantryTrak, please sign on the client’s behalf by clicking “Serve Customer”. As a reminder, the mobile version of PantryTrak is still available. You can find instructions for the “Serve Customer” button and the mobile version at this link.
- For pantries returning to paper TEFAP forms, please use the form that references 230% of the federal poverty line and sign on the client’s behalf by writing “COVID-19 2020” on the signature line. You can find that form at this link.
