Are you ready for some football?? The 7th annual Taste of the NFL event, benefiting the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, will be held on Sept. 23, 2014 from 5:30-9 p.m. at the Event Center at the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Taste of the NFL is a night of fine cuisine from local restaurants and beverages from local and national wineries. The main goal of the evening is to raise funds and awareness that support hunger relief efforts in Northeast Ohio.
At the event, Hall of Fame Enshrinees dressed in their gold jackets will include: newly inducted Andre Reed, Joe DeLamielleure from the Cleveland Browns, and many other incredible players like Randall McDaniel, Anthony Munoz, Andre Reed, Dave Robinson, Ron Yary and Jack Youngblood.
“Because of the unwavering support from our community, the Foodbank has stood strong as the largest source of emergency food in the counties we serve,” said Dan Flowers, president and CEO of the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank. “I am grateful for this special evening that brings us together to raise money for individuals and families struggling to put meals on their tables.”

Auctions and raffles at the event will feature an Ultimate Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement experience, a weekend at Meeker Winery in Sonoma County, California with by a personalized tour followed by dinner on the property, a Dave Robinson Autographed Football and more!
Tickets are $150 for general admission and $250 for VIP admission including: lounge access, early admittance, priority valet parking and a VIP ticket holder gift.
